Job Description

JOB PURPOSE (Briefly describe the objectives of the job):

  • This position is for our Hyderabad MN Park EOU unit and responsible for Export, Forwarding, Clearing, Outbound shipment with end to end tracking.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Export documentation in SAP (Invoice & Packing List) & clearances / Co-ordinating with CHA/Courier and Forwarders for Export clearance timely.
  • End to end Outbound Shipment and clearances.
  • Co-ordinating with PM/Technical/ Warehouse and other CFT for timely clearance for Outbound.
  • Forwarding Freight/CHA /Transporter etc., bills to HO for approval & payment. EDUCATIONAL QUALIFICATION:
  • Commerce Graduate (B. Com), Optional: MBA in Exim / PDGM Course in Commercial/Logistics.
WORK EXPERIENCE:
  • 05 to 07 years in Shipping documentation / Freight forwarding and Logistics.
TECHNICAL /FUNCTIONAL SKILL:
  • Knowledge on Customs Clearance at ports & other required documentation for Clearance.
  • Knowledge on Windows Word/Excel/Power Point.
  • SAP knowledge, especially on Outbound sales.BEHAVIORAL/MANAGERIAL SKILLS:
  • Planning for day to day activity/Leadership qualities like Decision making, Communication and Trouble -shooting on day to day operation issues.OTHER JOB REQUIREMENTS:
  • Should be able to train his team members on end to end cycle of Logistics.
