Job Description

Experience : 1 year

Scope of Work :

  • Exploring business possibilities with potential clients through e-Mail and /or Tele-Talks / business meets, to understand their basic requirements and arranging visits of related sales Engineer/s with effective coordination on their calls, meetings, preparation of quotations and ensuring receipt and effective coordination / follow up with prospective clients / inter departments with due diligence to ensure seamless flow of written / verbal communication till cycle is closed.
  • Data entry and updates as required on day to day basis in relevant software regarding the customer values for business.
  • In-depth study of new and in-process Tenders and New projects, to collect data on priority for tender / projects based queries and related information, documentation etc. and review of e-Mails or related action with prospects and inter-departments, to manage changes and interventions, if any and to prepare quotation for tenders/projects and ensure timely submission and final outcome of the possible order.
  • To consider inclusion of slow moving inventory and Dead Stock while preparing quotation.
  • Product / service based presentation to project company positively with clear focus on customer and business profit during verbal / written interaction with consistency within companys branding and marketing mix.
  • Updation of website and creating opportunities for PR to retain the exiting clients.

  • Communicate with the old customers frequently for the AMC/ NEW REQUIREMENTS to maintain the relations and continuation of business.
  • This is just a brief list of major activities to be done. Apart from above all the activities to be carried out as per instructions given by higher-ups and change in responsibilities time-by-time.

Qualification : B. Com/ Diploma in Electronics & Communication/BE in Electronics & Communication
