Job Description

  • Good to have Post Graduate Diploma or Management Degree in Marketing/International Business
    • At least 6+ years of direct experience with Software Development and Engineering Services Companies
    • Experience in selling services to High Tech StartUps, ISVs, and the enterprises in the US.
    • Prior working experience with Offshore / Outsourcing Companies.
    • Research, locate, define, and target key business prospects
    • Create business development strategies; identify roadblocks and drive demand generation from conception through closure in coordination with the sales team.
    • Establish and nurture relationships that fill the business pipeline with prospects.
    • Good understanding of SDLCs (Software Development Lifecycles).
    • Successful experience selling complex Product Development Services in the areas of Full - Stack Cloud Solutions Development, SaaS Platforms, Cloud Security Services, Enterprise Mobile Apps, Big Data/Analytics, SDN, and UI/UX.
    • An entrepreneurial and enterprising personality, with a proven hunter track record to identify new prospects, generating a healthy sales pipeline and coordinating with the sales team through closure.
    • Willingness to work in US time - zones.
    • Superior writing, presentation, and overall communication skills and the ability to develop proposals and presentations that convey the business needs and client benefit.

    • The role is focused purely on new business development and is suited to people who are sales hungry and who can exploit their exceptional sales skills with effective and successful results.
    • Should have considerable sales experience, be an organized and strong negotiator, and be aware of emerging Technology Trends / Open Source Frameworks.
