Job Description

Position Summary

  • Customer facing associate, providing E2E technical support and services to improve risk management, issues resolution, and TTM (time-to-market)
  • Provide executive support to BD PS India LT members as required.
Technical Services Responsibilities
  • Mission: Drive adoptions of and loyalty to BD products through technical support and services
  • Enable & support the following value added service to BDM-PS customers:
    • Extensive laboratory services including analytical, bio analytical, functional and performance services in a GMP environment, providing you the flexibility to reduce internal investments and/or focus internal resources elsewhere
    • Fill/finish process support and services, including:
      • CMO and equipment vendor recommendations based on project requirements to ease fill/finish process implementation
      • Assembly equipment rental
      • Start-up support for key product launches (risk reduction). Providing CDFM as a guidance for finished product assembling and packing processes. Supporting customers with generic IFU to create their own instructions and educating customer s launch teams about potential post market issues.
      • Assessment of customer line performance related to BD product handling with potential identification of improvement areas or upgrades, OEE improvement, TCO reduction, KPI/critical process parameter optimization
      • Critical process issue troubleshooting and resolution
Executive Responsibilities
  • Provide technical and organizational support to India PS LT members in the day-to-day operation, which include, but not limited to:
    • Data consolidation and reporting
    • Logistic & documentation support for samples and machines rental
    • Action items follow-up from cross-functional meeting
RELATIONSHIPS & INTERFACES
  • Key BD Functions: WW R&D, Plants, Quality, Business Team, Marketing Regulatory Affairs, Medical Affairs
  • Customers: Purchase/Procurement, Quality Assurance, R&D, QC, Packaging Development, RA, Device Development teams
  • Equipment vendor, machine makers, CMO
Required Skills, Knowledge and Experience
  • Minimum one (3) years work experience in pharmaceuticals or medical device fields
