Duties: Establish and implement strategic plan of Resource Developments for overall development of the mission of the Trust including Capital and operational budgets Design, Cultivate and Expand Corporate and individual planned Giving programs Develop major donor base including research, nurture, solicit and stewardship of donors for various academic programs, professorships, scholarships and endowments Oversee Trust s annual schedule of fund raising events Develop appropriate presentations for world organizations and international foundationsProvide comprehensive training to new hires and volunteers Integrate online and off line activities of the resources Co-ordinate with USA counter part and provide supplementary services.,
