Job Description

Desired Skills:Strong written communication must be a confident communicator.A wide degree of creativity and latitude.Good knowledge and understanding of current trends in desk research.Self-motivated with a positive and professional approach to management.Conversant with MS Office must.Job Role:Will be accountable for day to day admin operations work & occasionally may involve generating business reports, presentation, correspondence, proposals etc.Perform general Admin duties.Will be responsible to co-ordinate with vendors (Admin related activities)Managing projects and conducting research.Managing the day-to-day operations of the office.Produce information by transcribing, formatting, inputting, editing, retrieving, copying, and transmitting text, data, and graphics.Conserve executives time by reading, researching, and routing correspondence; drafting documents; initiating communications.Maintain schedule by planning and scheduling meetings, conferences, teleconferences.Represent/ speak for the executive by attending meetings in the executives absence.Prepares reports by collecting and analyzing information.Provides historical reference by developing and recording meeting discussions.Update job knowledge by participating in educational opportunities, reading professional publications, etc.,
