Job Description

DescriptionProvides a great service to customers and delivers defined activities with the designated business area. Has a good understanding of and works within well-defined procedures relevant to own discipline. Showing knowledge of the range of processes and systems to be used in completing assigned tasks. Typically reports to the Senior Team Leader / Manager.#_VOISJob Responsibility

  • Must have experience in Customer / Vendor/ Supplier Operations
  • Should Posses MDG &SAP ECC operations knowledge.
  • Having sound knowledge on ECC backend tables
  • Must have worked on MDG requestor, custodian and approver and having knowledge of MDG workflows
  • Worked on MDG Enhancements UAT, testing and production roll out.
  • Ensures quality and maintaining the data integrity of master data requirements on daily basis
  • Aids in resolving data quality problems through the appropriate choice of error detection and correction for all master data objects
  • Helping stakeholders to resolve the technical queries related to Vendor & Finance
  • Performing data analysis, testing business solutions, evaluating options.
  • Preparation and maintenance of SOP for all the activities pertaining to the team
  • Supporting project activities for Vendor / Material / Customer
  • Work closely with the business/IT to ensure alignment of master data rules and the operations of the application meet all requirements
