    GM VP Production Planning ManagementQualification: GraduateJob DescriptionA team builder with excellent communication, analytical, problem-solving and relationship building skills; skilled at troubleshooting; gathering & returning feed-back for process improvementsKey SkillsVerify all availability of resources such as Machines, Manpower, Raw Material; Consumables motivate production team to improve Quality, Quantity, Cost, Time of production & Housekeeping ensure optimum & effective utilization of all required resources ensure proper & in time maintenance of all production equipment ensure proper team work, Healthy & Good working conditions follow up with production supervisors to analyze internal rejection & take necessary corrective actions ensure effective implementation of Quality systems in all production departments review process measures & action plans received from all production supervisors on monthly basis refer & communicate business plan to concerned production supervisor for further plan report to director about plan & actual achievements in production communicate to director for decision & support required represent all production departmentDaily review all production planning for last day production Review daily production & Quality in process & achieve cost of quality for production. Validate all process parameters according to requirement for each department on Quarterly basis reviewing the production on daily basis and taking suitable corrective actions to avoid the failure of production preparing monthly performance reports and reporting to the top management.Quality checkResponsible for quality operations of the company including testing, documentationCustomer complaint handling.
