Process equipment of Textile Chemicals, Auxiliaries, Polymer Emulsions for Textile, Paints & construction Industries, and Adhesive for Wood & Pressure sensitive application. 1. Overall leading a team of electrical, instrumentation, mechanical & utility and Civil an Responsible for Maintenance of process equipment like PVA, Pressure Sensitive Adhesive, VAM and Ethyl acetate plant, centrifugal pumps, storage tanks, different type of gears boxes, agitators, mixing blades, compressor, Vacuum pumps, blower etc. 2. Planning, Erection and commissioning of Batch Reactors, Cooling Vessels, Tanks, cooling towers etc for existing and upcoming plants. 3. Electrical Systems as HT/LT connection, Transformer, Transmission System, HT Breakers (VCB, SF6) Controlling System, PCC, MCC Electrical Installation. Thermography Study, Arc Flash Study, Co-ordination Study, Earthling system. Operation and Maintenance of DG Set. 4. Instruments System as PLC Scada System, Level Transmitter, Pressure Transmitter, Temperature Transmitter, Flow Meter, Conductivity Sensor, Oxygen Sensor. 5. Preventive Maintenance. - Making PM plan/schedule, Execution of PM plan, Spare parts planning and inventory control, Records - OEE monitoring, History cards, system adherence 6. Maintenance of ETP Plant DM plant, Nitrogen Plant. Soft water plant, Cooling Tower, Air dryers, Instrument air compressors, Refrigeration compressors, 7. Tracking daily breakdowns, implementing preventive maintenance programs to improve the efficiency of the system or the equipment undergoing maintenance. 8. Executing cost saving measures and energy saving techniques/measures and modifications to achieve substantial reduction in O&M expenditures and work within the budget, Maintaining minimum inventory of fuel and spares without affecting the production 9. Must be exposure of Skills in HIRA /HAZOP /JSA /PSSR /FMEA, TQM & TPM / KAIZEN /DMAIC /5S. 10. Should have been capable in deploying methodologies to observe various processes Engineering services failures, breakdown in machine or equipment s. 11. Overall managing activities for minimizing escalations, reducing rejection, saving energy cost and efficiency optimization. 12. Adhered to systems & procedures to maintain certification to ISO 9001, ISO 14001 & OSHAS 18001 standards. 13. Erection & commissioning of Rotary equipment of chemical plant columns, reactors ,Tanks, vessels, Heat exchangers, Fans & blowers, Agitators, Gearboxes, Valves, Pumps, Compressors, Chillers, 14. Review of Layout, Fabrication drawing, datasheet, GA& Equipment s Drawing , and Provided technical recommendation on the same and provide technical rating and comparison on equipments. 15. Maintenance MIS report preparation. 16. Management of asset reliability by effective approach through RCA, MTBF and MTTR and implement CAPA. 17. Planning of critical spares and qualified vendor developments for better inventory and cost control. 18. Statutory liaising with government authorities namely GIDC, DGVCL, Inspectorate of Boiler, Weights & Measure, Electrical inspector & Electrical duty Inspector and PESO/CCOE licensing. Desire Profile 1. Academic: B.E. Mechanical /Industrial Engineering. 2. Candidate should have been exposure of Managing and executing various erection, commissioning of manufacturing projects with respect to the polymer, Poysol or wood adhesive manufacturer. 3. IT Skills | SAP, ERP, MS Office, Outlook. ,
