Job Description

- Developing and executing Ecommerce & Modern Trade Strategy- Managing the growth, penetration and share gains of the 4 key categories of business- Manage day-to-day marketplace Modern Trade & E-commerce operations, customer service, updates, post listings, promotions, merchandising, maintenance, and performance- Sales targets, on-site campaigns, promotion planning, operations and Customer relation management- Strategy formation and Growth planning- Right utilization of the budgets for key accounts.- Conduct Monthly Business review with partners.- Develop Joint Business Plan with partners broken down into quarter and months- Feed Product Development Ideas thru category Insights gathered through channel partners and tracking competitor activity- Responsible for identifying new ways to improve site conversion, average order size, and other key performance indicators to maximize sales growth and profitability.Experience Required:- Very good understanding of Sales and distribution of FMCG categories.
