Job Description

  • Ensure Sampling Effectiveness for controlling Loan Application Fraud
  • Verifications of documents - Verification of loan documents through empaneled agencies for ensuring curtailing of fraud at entry level.
  • Background / Profile Checks-Checks on profile of customer /various agencies through market intelligence/feedback.
  • Acting against those involved Based on the intensity of fraud, penalizing the customer / channel/ associate involved in committing the fraud.
  • Logically concluding the cases with modus operandi & highlighting the gaps and proposing corrective measures.
  • Seeding/Mystery shopping activity to cross check Verification agency reporting, DSA sourcing and internal staff accountability for sourcing quality.
  • Tracking of fraud trend
