Job Description

We are looking for a Receptionist to manage our front desk on a daily basis and to perform a variety of administrative and clerical tasks.JOB RESPONSIBILITIES Welcomes visitors by greeting them , in person or on the telephone; answering or referring inquiries. Direct visitors to the appropriate person and office giving instructions Answer , screen and forward incoming phone calls Provide basic and accurate information in - person and via phone / email Receive , sort and distribute daily mail / deliveries Order front office supplies and keep inventory of stock Maintains safe and clean reception area by complying with procedures , rules , and regulations. Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed. RECEPTIONIST SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS Solid written and verbal communication skills Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite Professional attitude and appearance Ability to be resourceful and proactive when issues arise Excellent organizational skills Multitasking and time - management skills , with the ability to prioritize tasks Customer service attitude Additional certification in Office Management is a plus,
