A 2nd Line Managers position, to function as the state head, responsible for achieving the set goals for the state ensuring proper and on time implementation of the laid down systems. Will be expected to control and manage a team of 4 Area Business Managers and 16 Institutional Business managers. The person A real go getter with thorough knowledge of the state assigned to him. Preferably a post graduate or graduate in Business Management with an experience of about 1 Year as the State head or Two years as a First Line Manager in the concerned state with a professional organization of national repute dealing with high end anti- infective injectables range. The ideal person will be in the age group of 30 to 35 and fluent in English and conversant with the local language concerned.,
