Qualifications High School and above Identify and create new business opportunities in Industrial Automation and Controls Marketing and Market Analysis Develop sales with OEM and End User customer accounts using appropriate product solutions. Project Bid Management: Attend pre-bid meetings or receive customer request for bid, Review and summarize key points for project scope, Present proposal to customer, Attend clarification meeting, Cost /sell status of proposals/projects. Comfortable working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment Ability to work with people with a wide range of technical backgrounds, including consultants, senior professional engineers, energy managers, electricians, IT engineers and personnel, account managers, sales personnel Proactive working and Taking ownership of work Achieve set sales and marketing targets as per the Marketing Planning with passion. Ability to occasionally travel to various customer sites in the region and worldwide Successfully build relationships with current customer base and provide necessary sales support. Advise customers on the proper selection, use, and maintenance of technology in applications. Educate new and existing customers on DVS Technosoft Inc. offerings. Follow up on all marketing leads and provide feedback. Project Support: Review contract documents, Track customer change orders as required per project, Perform sales/contract duties Payment follow ups Evaluate performance. Represent the organization in a professional, ethical, and socially responsible manner. Maintain a high degree of technical knowledge relevant to that required to fulfill the job responsibilities. Share and reporting the sales and marketing activities to Concern Company Management in writing. Experience with sales and Marketing for System Integration with Robotics, PLCs, HMI, SCADA, Industrial 4.0, IIoT, motion control, process control or general automation min 1 Year. Excellent time management and organizational skills. Excellent written and verbal communication skills with internal and external customers. Previous System sales experience in Industrial automation in food pharma, packaging, logistics min 1 Year. Business development experience min 1 year. ,
