Position : Engineer - Sales Qualification : BE/ B.Tech Any Discipline Or MBA Location : Sanand (District Ahmedabad ) Experience :0to 2 YearsDuties and Responsibilities: Preparing sales collaterallike Presentations and Brochures for the regional sales. Processing Tenders andEnquiries received from Customers. Preparing and submitting offers forInstrumentation and Automation Systems. Evaluating the competitionand Positioning of our company. Planning the job winningstrategies. Evaluating the Existingmarket and New Markets. Customer Relationsimprovement. Advertising andPresentations. Presentation and review of Annual sales Plan. Frequent visits to regionalcustomers. Implement sales promotionalactivities as a part of brand building/ market development effort. Identify andnetwork with prospective clients, generate business from the existing accountsand achieve profitability and increased sales growth. Evolve market segmentation& penetration strategies to achieve targets. Identify key/ institutionalaccounts and strategically secure profitable business. Ensure maximum customersatisfaction by providing pre/ post technical assistance and achieving deliveryand quality norms. Develop strategies forpricing of tenders and prepare tender requirement documents. Participate inproject tenders floated by prospective clients and negotiating with the clientsfor securing the project. Liaison with variousagencies for approval of product for technical suitability. Relationship management withclients, consultant, OEM s (Original Equipment Manufacturer) & OES s(Original Equipment Supplier). Ensuring smooth business operations. Network with the projectteam to ensure effective delivery of project solution keeping in considerationthe pre- discussed parameters. Skills Required: Should have inclination towards sales. Shouldhave proven abilities to work as team player. Should have knowledge ofinterfaces with other engineering disciplines in carrying out day to day workfor providing / receiving/ reviewing the deliverables at various stages.
