The Senior Supply Chain Services Advisor is responsible for providing remote (e-mail, telephone etc.) support services offering advice that follows established Supply Chain Management (SCM) processes and procedures to functional areas. Spanning activities such as catalogue administration; data verifications; analysing failures and routing them accordingly for resolution and other SCM transactions using Supply Chain Management (SCM) systems and tools.
