Job Description

Strong hand in QA and various testing procedures for different phases of the SDLC
Ability to use logic and reasoning to identify the strengths and weaknesses of Agile testing methodology
At least 3 years of experience in Selenium/API Automation, JMeter and Jenkins
Strong grasp on manual and automation testing strategies
Good understanding of JavaScript or Python and exposure in security testing.
Should be able to integrate proper QA process to help in smooth deployment of product modules
Team management and ability to set-up new processes and initiatives
Creative mind-set - and the ability to approach a problem creatively
Good analytics, documentation, presentation and communication skills
Strong passion for quality, reliability, best practices and continuous improvement
Highly organized with the ability to work independently and leading team in a fast paced team environment
Ability to work in a team in a transparent and entrepreneurial culture
Self-motivated with initiative to reach challenging targets
