Job Description

Description

Apttus is looking for experienced Senior Solution Developer in managing Apttus salesforce.com/Microsoft Azure based quote- to- cash suite of products, including CPQ (configure/price/quote), contract management, Billing, revenue and rebate management, and other related solutions managed services engagements. The ideal candidate will work closely with solution consultants/architects, customer BAs and internal Functional Managers to develop robust, scalable and flexible solutions for various Managed Services assignments which involves configurations and customizations. It may also involve designing prototypes, building proof of concepts and following architecture roadmaps for Apttus products post- go live. The developer will work in a fast- paced, dynamic environment working with cross- functional teams internally and at customer sites. The candidate will become highly proficient in Apttus AIC platform built on Azure Platform or Salesforce.com Platform. Apttus MS assignments typically categorized under on- demand or annual package based. The developer may have several assignments running concurrently, requiring the need to manage activities across the different customers/assignments simultaneously.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Understands the requirements
  • Design the solution using advanced configurations or customizations including that of Programming
  • Suggest one or more options for the Solution Design
  • Write/Develop codes for customization and enhancement of the product/features
  • Hands- on in salesforce.com or azure platform development
  • Works with Solution Consultants/Architects and Internal Managers to deliver a solution in committed timeframe
  • Hands on design, prototyping, development, configurations, testing and other implementation activities
  • Estimate the work request
  • Product code analysis to isolate software bugs and debugging system logs to get to the root cause of the issue
  • Collaboration with Technical Support engineers and Product Management teams

Qualifications Required:

  • Bachelor s or Master s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or related field
  • 5 to 8 years of experience as a team member of successful software project implementations on cloud related to platforms like Salesforce.com or Azure
  • Must possess strong software programming and development skills around Salesforce.com, Java or .Net
  • Ability to differentiate the product behavior with that of customized behavior
  • Good neck on Troubleshooting the issues and carrying out effective impact assessment
  • Thoroughly understand the web, database, and object- oriented software technologies
  • Strong Team Player, Analytical, and strong Problem- solving skills are required
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Multitasker, Quick learner and Adaptive
  • Good understanding about the release and change management
  • Flexible in working in shifts such as Evening Shift (4 pm to 1 am IST) or Morning Shift (8 am to 4 pm IST)
  • Experience in Post Implementation and Ongoing maintenance projects is a big plus

Certifications Required:

  • Developer Certification on Salesfroce.com or Azure Platform (Must)
  • ITIL/Agile Certification (Preferred)
