Perform integrations and process automation using ServiceNow Orchestration Configuration/ Customization of the ServiceNow system, including creating & developing workflows. Design and develop Queries, Reports and Dashboards in ServiceNow Proficiency with technical ServiceNow components such as: Business Rules, Client Scripts, UI Policies, UI Actions, Data policies, Script Includes etc. Hands on experience on Record Producers, Order Guides, Service Catalog Requests, Knowledge Management, Incident Management, Email Notifications etc. Hands on experience on in ITSM modules (Incident, Problem, Change, CMDB & Asset) Hands on Experience in Glide and Jelly Scripting, Java Script, HTML, XML, AJAX. Working knowledge of CSS and HTML5 for responsive design.Desired Skills: Educational Qualification: BE/ B.Tech (CE, IT), MCA, Msc.IT Should have strong work ethics Excellent communication skills with customer facing experience. Experience and knowledge in development, customization and implementation of ServiceNow Tool. Good knowledge of software coding/ scripting, Service Portal, Pages, and Widgets. Experience in CMDB, Discovery and Integration with other external modules. Ability to perform integrations with 3rd party tools using web services, SOAP, email, MID etc. Ability to work with remote teams and clients.
