Opportunity for for for our clients.Currently we are having great requirements for Sr.Net Developer..NET , C#/VB.NET , ASP.NET , Silverlight , SQL Server2005 Provide technical and project guidance to individual offshore team members Assist in communication between onsite and offshore technical teams.Responsible for analysis , design and implementation of their assigned workCandidates should have a sound knowledge and practical experience in developing stored procedures , function , triggers , views , etc for SQL - Server 2000/2005. Candidate should have worked with XML technologies and good at ASPX pages using AJAX Toolkit.Knowledge of database activities like design , creation , maintenance and backup/restore of various types of 24 7 databases (Production and Development) will be an added advantage.Responsibility : Leading a team of developers.Requirement gathering/analysis.Good Communication Skills.Make sure task delivery by you/team on time.Explain work to team members.Help team members technically.Monitor and report performance of team members.Quality check before releasing the tasks.Accountable for the assigned project/task delivery , quality check for the work assigned to developers or self.Proactive communication on requests , issues , risks etc. to the Manager and/or customer.Effective coordination between team and the customer/manager.Make sure self/team follows standard practices for coding/versioning/documentation.Follow the Code of conduct and other HR policies.Candidate Profile : Candidates should have B.E./M.C.A. with knowledge of T - SQL.Candidates must be self - motivated and able to work independently.They should have good communication , analytical , and problem solving skills.If you are really looking for job change.
