(Need Local Candidates)Were looking for anexperienced Sr. Software Engineer to join our fast-paced environment. An ideal candidate is technicallycurious and excited about making an impact to ThreatModeler. As a Sr. Software Engineer you will beworking on building new features in ThreatModeler, custom third party integrations and work with theSoftware engineering team and define solutions to the problems identified and flawlessly execute them.Responsibilities Include:
• Designs, develops, and maintains infrastructure and applications. Creates,infuences, and communicates technical plans and architectures to all levels of the organization including technical and business stakeholders.
• Help and engage teams to best achieve business goals. Provides expertise on cloud development technologies. Designs and directs dot net, cloud (AWS / Azure / Google) specific development activities.
• Leads small technical teams to develop and implement system solutions in agilesprints.
• We are looking for an experienced engineer that will help support and code in existingtechnologies and play a significant part in designing and building our next generationsolution. We do expect very strong skill sets in certain technologies as mentioned below.
• Build features in the current stack (Asp.Net,ASP.NETMVC Core 2 (future), Web API, Angular, and SQL Server).
Requirements:
• 5-8 years planning, designing, building, and implementing IT application systems, including the architect role in major IT applications.
• 5-8 years of hands-on development experience.
• Experience in Service Oriented Architectures and related technologies (SOAP,REST, WebServices, etc.)
• Very strong background in Microsoft .Netfull stack,development languages, andtechnologies.
• Skilled in:ASP.NET Core, Entity Framework, Web API, C#, MVC, HTML5, JavaScript, CSS3,
• JQuery, Angular 4 or higher, Node.js, AWS SDK (Optional), Azure SDK (Optional) and Google
• Cloud Platform SDK(Optional)
• Bachelors degree in a computer related field (Computer Science, Information systems or related field)
• Strong background with Microsoft SQL Server databases.
• Experience with multi-tier systems, vendor integration, Cloud and SaaS solutions.
• Demonstrates willingness to learn new technologies and takes pride in delivering working software
• Excellent oral and written communication skills
• Experience participating on an agile team
• Is self-directed and can effectively contribute
• Experience leading a development team

• Male: 2 PM - 11 PM
• Female: 11 AM - 8 PM
What Youll Do
• You are expected to be client facing in building customized product offerings though ThreatModelers Professional Services
• You will complete a series of projects that will result in you joining a software development team regularly shipping code to production.
• You will become knowledgeable with ThreatModelers codebase, development tools, and coding standards.
• You will build a base foundation of skills and expertise in a technical stack at the core of ThreatModeler engineering.
• You will fully participate in the agile software development process; including estimating, sprint planning, and daily stand-ups.
• You will work effectively with peers and managers by demonstrating high quality communication during daily stand-ups and project demos.
• Leverage .Net / AZURE / AWS resources and services, security and data protection components,enhance and build API endpoints
• Create reusable components and frameworks
• Develop and operate Framework-driven C#ASP.NET(.Net Core)MVC web applications
• Debug applications and detect and fix errors
Requirements:
• 3 to 5 years of experience
• 3 to 5 years of hands-on development experiment.
• Very strong background in Microsoft .Netfull stack,development languages, and technologies.
• Bachelors degree in a computer related field (Computer Science, Information systems or related field)
• Strong background with Microsoft SQL Server databases (2012 and greater).
• Experience with multi-tier systems, vendor integration, Cloud and SaaS solutions.
• Experience with: .dotnet, Azure Resources and services
• Strong problem solving and analytical skills
• Skilled in:ASP.NETCore, Entity Framework, Web API, C#, MVC, HTML5, JavaScript, CSS3, JQuery, Angular 4 or higher, Node.js, AWS SDK (Optional), Azure SDK(Optional), Google Cloud Platform SDK (Optional)
• Good to have: Telerik Controls, Kendo UI
• Experience working with Third party APIs and RESTful APIs
