Job Description

Ahmedabad, Pune, Vadodara, Surat, Mumbai, Delhi, Indore, Kolkata, Banglore, Hyderabad, Noida, Nagpur, Jaipur, Gurgaon. No. of Positions: Desired candidate Profile: Good communication skills and written English. Ability to evaluate and coordinate IT Service desk including servers support, networking, desktop/laptop troubleshooting Should be able to solve Technical issues remotely by using Teamviewer. Should be able to provide support on the first line of help desk to internal users within the time specified. Good Knowledge On Operating Systems, Networking and MS Applications Multitasking and coordination skills and good Team Player Well versed with technology (understanding of networks, monitoring, DBMS, Windows) Good knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook etc.) Excellent judgment skills to be able to properly evaluate situations and immediately provide effective solutions Solving Technical Issues till resolution and follow up as mandated by the process requirements Need to identify problems, investigate causes and recommend solutions to correct common failures. Typically provides technical support for Internal Staff. Daily system monitoring, verifying and reviewing all server resources, systems and key processes etc. Investigating and troubleshoot all issues related to IT infrastructure for internal teams. Perform basic level of problem determination for any technical issues which may occur in ticket system, emails etc. Ticket triage and escalation to the appropriate level.,
