Job Description

JOB SKILLS:

  • Must have knowledge in ecommerce applications
  • Solid experience and background in WordPress architecture and plugin development.
  • Experience in front-end development utilizing HTML, CSS and Javascript
  • Experience in resolving cross-browser compatibility issues
  • Should have experience in WordPress, HTML, CSS, JavaScript(jQuery), MySQL, PHP
  • Comfortable with XHTML, XML & Ajax
  • Sound knowledge on PHP 5 & object oriented programming
  • Deep knowledge in wordpress core and related plug-in development
  • Strong database skills in SQL, MySQL, and other RDBMS
  • Knowledge of existing inbuilt WordPress functions
  • Theme/template integration
  • Good understanding of cross-platform and cross browser issues
  • Proficient in jQuery
  • Experience integrating with 3rd party social APIs (Facebook, twitter, YouTube, etc.)
  • Theme-creation, and ability to develop plugins
  • Candidate must have 2 years experience in Wordpress application development,
