We are hiring Wood Furniture Production head in Manesar, Near Gurgaon.KRA-1. The candidate should have a minimum of 20 years of experience in the furniture production industry. 2. The candidate must be currently handling a manufacturing unit of 300-500 employees.3. The candidate must be able to use computer programs like Microsoft Excel and SAP.4. Candidates with experience of high end furniture manufacturing companies will be preferred.Will be required to do the following tasksa. Production planning and scheduling for all departments for 30 days in advancei. Carpentryii. Polishing and Paintingiii. Upholsteryb. Quality Control of highest standardsc. Increasing workforce strength in all departments from current 35 employees to 500 employees in the next 8 monthsd. Labor hours and materials used for production to be budgeted, measured and then track the actuals thereby increasing efficiency to the highest levels.e. Plan the shop floor arrangement for maximum efficiency of operations.f. Co-ordinate, check and finalize the materials required for the given set of items to be produced with the supervisors and keep the purchase team aligned.g. To hold responsibility of budgeting and actual costing, and delivery timelines.
