Hi,We have urgent opening for Executive for Banking Sector Location-Chennai, AmbatturExperience: Fresher and 1 yearDesignation: ExecutiveLocation: Chennai, AmbatturJob description:Responsible for preventing/controlling the frauds through system based trigger / review of cases basis report.To ensure quality & TAT for all the activities is managed.Job Responsibilities:Portfolio Fraud ManagementEnsure review and investigate applications triggered basis the system rule.Interaction with customer related to verification / investigation.Suspected application basis review should be referred to regional FRM unit for further checks.Ensure adherence to TAT and quality parameters.Maintain MIS for the activity handled.The activities that needs to be handled are Hunter, Domain check, review Online sourced application (Yes Fast track Rupee Power), multiple application from same address and any other activity that may come as a part of Central FRM activity.Industry collaboration & Market understandingEffectively liaise with industry counterparts & take assistance on investigation & verification mattersInternal Stakeholder engagementTo actively engage with Regional FRM and Central FRM team membersTo maintain and track actionable from for logical closuresEssential Competencies & Skills: Good verbal & written communication skills, knowledge of MS office.Interstate Candidate can call and share resume on WhatsApp no. hidden_mobile.hidden_emailRegards,Dnyanada Sagwekarhidden_mobile
