Facilitating daily stand- ups, sprint grooming, sprint planning and sprint retrospective meetings with Scrum teams and raising meeting points in client retrospective meetings. Tracking and Managing Product Backlog, Sprint Backlog, burn- down metrics, velocity and task breakdown. Providing leadership and guidance to coach, motivate team members to become more self organizedand to understand scrum values, artifacts and roles. Collaborating with Product Owner / Scrum Master in Brazil in refining the product / sprint backlog. Responsible for removing any impediments/ conflict that team is facing on daily basis. Mentored teams, leading them to be self- directed with strong accountability, decision making, conflictresolution and transparency. Kept the team focused on sprint priorities, business values and protecting team from over- committing.Responsible for hiring new team members, training of new hires, getting the documentation andtraining material prepared for training.,
