Job Description

1. Qualification of equipment (URS, DQ, IQ, OQ and PQ).2. Validation/qualification of HVAC, facility and utility3. To monitor the schedule of maintenance and calibration of equipment and instruments is being followed.4. Handling of documents such as deviation, change control and other GMP documents.5. To prepare and review scale-up/optimization and validation protocol and report.6. Handling of change control, CAPA, deviation, out of specification, out of trend and other GMP documents.7.
