    • Serve as the lead point of contact for all customer account management matters
    • Consult with physician practices to understand practice workflow needs and expectations
    • Handle physician practice complaints, and billing and reconciliation issues, find solutions to their issues, and maintain a positive relationship between both parties.
    • Monitor employee performance to ensure that they are meeting company standards for quality and efficiency. Handle a bunch Clinic Managers and ensure their performance and productivity is in line with the business requirements
    • Attending group meetings concerning targets, forecasts, and reconciliations
    • Maintaining and expanding the database of prospects for the organization
    • Manage employees time sheets to ensure that they are accurately recording work hours
    • 100% achievement of all targets
    Desired Skill Set :Mandatory: Graduate / Post graduate with at least 4 to 6 years prior hospital / Clinical experience as ACM or Operations1. Tech-savvy, highly motivated, self-starter, team player2. Exceptional verbal and communication skills3. Unquenchable thirst to learn and grow4. Loves to travel, meet people and has excellent presentation skills5. Should be honest, trustworthy, and assertive6. Excellent time-management skills7.
