  • Project Role Description :Keep the Technology business moving by building and leading high-performance teams. Tenacious and efficient, drive profitability and continued success though managing service quality, cost and leadership of the people delivering services across projects/ programs/portfolios of all scale. Proactively support sales through innovative solutions, leading the execution of the solution plan and delivery excellence programs to achieve the delivery and commercial expectations of Accenture offerings.

  • Job Requirements :
      • Key Responsibilities : A: Must be a Certified Scrum Master with 5 years of project management experience and two years of Scrum Master experience B: Advanced knowledge of the software development life cycle and of several software development methodologies C: Experience with processes and tools supporting Agile methodologies
      • Technical Experience : A: Excellent interpersonal skills, ability to work with diverse personality types B: Facilitation skills in leading planning meetings, reviews, and retrospectives C: Ability to understand technical issues D: Facilitating Stand-up meetings E: Experience developing and growing business with new and existing accounts in a deliberate and strategic manner
      • Professional Attributes : A: Good verbal written communication skills to connect with customers at varying levels of the organization B: Ability to operate independently and make decisions with little direct supervision C: Good Team player and is capable to handle deliveries under quick timelines
