    We are looking for Chartered Accountants who have exp working in BIG 4 or similar stature firms or who have articleship exp from BIG 4 or similar stature accounting firmsOur Client is a Fortune 500 Global Investment firm with a presence across continents. They offer a great work culture, continuous learning atmosphere, and an attractive compensation package.Job Location : Hyderabad, Bangalore, GurgaonExperience :- Either Articleship from BIG 4 / similar stature firmsOR- 0-3 yrs exp from BIG 4 / similar stature firmsEducation : CA (1st or 2nd Attempt only) ( 2018 to 2021 batch passouts only)Responsibilities :- Prepare, review, and file private equity financial statements and other regulatory reports- Audit entities, prepare and review monthly investor account statements- Generate and analyze the tax profit and loss reports- Prepare U.S. tax forms and related schedules for hedge fund and private equity entities- File management company financial statements- Monthly reconciliations of bank accounts, accruals, and prepaid accounting- Intercompany reconciliations, monthly profit and loss, and balance sheet analysis,
