Hosted Platform Support Global is an advance level support team that maintains 3M|MModal transcription, ADFS, log aggregation, and monitoring platforms. HPSG collaboratively works with other technical teams, such as, Voice Technology Support, Networking Operations, Database Administrators, Interface Architects, Datacenter Technology, Implementations, and other support teams to resolve any production issues. HPSG also closely works with Product Development team to identify software bugs and request enhancements based on things discovered in production platforms. In addition, HPSG participates in various projects, software deployments and maintenance events throughout the year. Employees of HPSG are expected to participate in the On-Call rotation and make themselves available when critical outages or issues occur.Job Responsibilities Responsibilities include, but are not limited to, troubleshooting, deploying, configuring, documenting, monitoring, supporting, scripting, reporting, capacity planning and training. The Software Support Analyst will work to maintain multiple production environments with no or zero downtime.Skills
