Here, you can apply your talent in bold ways that matter.Brief Job DescriptionWe are looking for Software Support Analyst for the Hosted Platform Services Global (HPSG) team. Hosted Platform Support Global is an advance level support team that maintains 3M|MModal transcription, ADFS, log aggregation, and monitoring platforms. HPSG collaboratively works with other technical teams, such as, Voice Technology Support, Networking Operations, Database Administrators, Interface Architects, Datacenter Technology, Implementations, and other support teams to resolve any production issues. HPSG also closely works with Product Development team to identify software bugs and request enhancements based on things discovered in production platforms. In addition, HPSG participates in various projects, software deployments and maintenance events throughout the year. Employees of HPSG are expected to participate in the On-Call rotation and make themselves available when critical outages or issues occur.Job Responsibilities Responsibilities include, but are not limited to, troubleshooting, deploying, configuring, documenting, monitoring, supporting, scripting, reporting, capacity planning and training. The Software Support Analyst will work to maintain multiple production environments with no or zero downtime.Skills

  • Understands multi-tiered architecture software systems.
  • Good knowledge of different Microsoft Windows and Unix Operating Systems.
  • Experience in Cloud computing (AWS)
  • Experienced in maintaining web-based applications and associated peripheral systems.
  • Minimum one-year programming experience in one or more of the following languages: C#, ASP, PHP, Visual Basic, XML, XSL, VB Script, JavaScript, Node JS, Puppet, Ansible, Angular, or React.
  • Proficient in writing and executing SQL queries, Stored Procedures, User defined functions, and Table Views for Microsoft SQL Server, Oracle and MySQL.
  • Experience in troubleshooting APIs errors, web connectivity, database connections, database procedures, and software code.
  • Basic understanding of Microsoft ADFS technology which includes SAML token, Identity Provider, Claims and Claim rules, Claim Providers and Relying Parties trust and Federation Metadata.
  • Good understanding of computer/server hardware and be able to troubleshoot issues with hardware.
  • Familiar with troubleshooting issues remotely by logging into remote servers.
  • Minimum two years experience in analyzing system wide trends and identify issues that are recurring at a frequent rate.
  • Minimum two years experience in documenting software issues, bugs, and enhancement for product development teams.
  • Minimum two years experience in verbal and written communications with high-end customers.
  • Must be able to participate in after hours On-Call support rotation and remain generally available for other emergency after hour escalations
  • Architect, design and deploy monitoring and alerting mechanisms for various systems
