  • Ability to do/review RCA s on any people, process failure points and come up with actionables and drive them to closure by working with respective partners.
  • Should be able to drive process/efficiency improvement projects
  • Ability to understand basic trends in data and make inferences and recommend actions for improvement in coordination with respective Partner Managers
  • Must be able to help partner teams by assisting them on any process related support which they need from Flipkart.
  • Responsible for providing voice of sellers with necessary data collected across partners, recommend and drive process improvements by coordinating with various stakeholders within the organization as needed to execute necessary action items
  • Will be based out of Bangalore with occasional travel to other Partner locations
Desired skills and experience:
  • Good Operations understanding
  • Strong analytical, coordination, interpersonal and communication (written & verbal) skills.
  • Proficient in MS applications e.g. Microsoft Word / Excel / Powerpoint.
  • 5+ years of working experience, with at least 1 year in a team leading role
  • Positive, proactive, motivated with can-do attitude
  • Ability to multi-task and work independently and as a team
  • Is service oriented and customer/seller focused
