The Hub LFO team provides strategic financial analytics support to Hub LFOs as well as the Hub stakeholders within State Street, by developing and implementing thorough understanding of State Street Finance best practices and ensuring consistency across Hub analytics. The role will have reporting responsibilities to the LFOs of India Hub, China Hub and Poland Hub.The responsibilities of this role will include, but will not be limited to:Promoting One-State Street Finance concept by implementing standard processes and templates for use by the Hub LFOs, driving consistency of approach. Leveraging the insight center for Planning, forecasting and analysis for the identified business/function.Forecasting rest of year risks and opportunities with potential levers, including providing insight to forecast and future performance.Preparing routine and timely performance reviews and other ad hoc requests for LFOs or Business partners.Supporting JV alignment initiative with analytics and consolidation. Significant opportunity to help streamline JV reporting processes.Overseeing the preparation of analysis, commentary and presentation material for financial reviews with senior management.Leading special projects, including financial modeling, business case development and follow up, in conjunction with the Insights Center.Coordinating Budget/ Mid Year Forecast/ Outlook exercises for Hubs by working closely with Global LFO teams and Hub Business teams.Managing financial needs of local management teams in India, China and Poland and develop relationships with business teams for enhanced Business/ Finance engagements.Qualifications:1. 04 to 06 Years years of experience with FP&A or Expense Analytics, Financial Services experience preferred.2. CA/ MBA preferred Must be able to work in a fast paced environment with exceptional ability to prioritize work priorities3. Must possess strong verbal and written communication skills Must have the initiative and capability to collaborate with a diverse stakeholder base to deliver timely and high quality output4.Must be highly organized with strong attention to detail5.Must have strong Excel and PowerPoint skills, knowledge of Essbase a plus,
