Role name and description We- re looking for an experienced Recruitment professional with 7 to 13 years of experience in managing end to end recruitmentThe opportunityThe successful candidate will have the opportunity to derive insights from data and turn ideas into action. You will propose and execute programs(s) in the areas of Employer Branding, Diversity, recruiting tools, automations and track progress to goals to ensure the most impactful results. Partner closely with Business Operations Managers and Hiring Managers to help build the sourcing strategies and partner with the internal stakeholders to execute on that plan. Will be an Individual contributor role.Attract top talent for all service lines across EY GDS (India), by creating innovative strategies to locate niche skills and talent. Your key responsibilities- Proven experience from Talent Acquisition & Sourcing- Experaince in working in large matrixed organizations - Experience using data to drive sound decision making; strong analytical skills- Experience delivering projects for large, cross-functional audiences- Experience cultivating strong partnerships with stakeholders across multiple levels and functions- Bachelors Degree or equivalent work experienceSkills and attributes for success- Strong verbal communication, listening and interpretation skills- Strong influencing abilities- Ability to communicate complex information in an approachable manner - - Manage stakeholders including senior leaders and build strong relationshipsTo qualify for the role, you must have- 7 to 13 years of proven recruitment experience in recruitment - At least 2 years of managerial experience in matrixed organization- Experience in developing hiring strategy for the competencies based on the forecast and propose achievable plan- Build talent landscape to meet the hiring needs- Build and manage highest performing teamIdeally, you- ll also have- Responsible for building new age/cost effective sourcing capability within the team- Ensure all positions are closed in time and within the budgeted cost- Responsible for tracking and measuring all metricsWhat you can look forBe an enabler of the high growth Assurance recruitment team.
