Assistant Operations Manager

Job Description

As An assistant operations manager, you will fill in for the operation manager when needed and be responsible for maintaining business operations in the absence of the operations manager. You will also assist the operation manager by giving constructive feedback to improve the operations of the business. Assistant operations managers oversee daily activities, such as staffing, scheduling, and customer relations. Monitor various aspects of the supply chain, including making shipping arrangements and following through to ensure proper delivery.Responsibilities

• Assist Operations Manager in supervising daily operations of organization and make suggestions regarding improvements to operations that would benefit the company.
• Develop productive, profitable and achievement oriented working environment for employees.
• Mapping out plans that will be of benefit to the company, making sure that the plans are put into good
