Job Summary: Will function as the controller and channel of communication between borrower facilitator and doc chasers along with title reviewers and processing support group. Will also require to Check and verify the accuracy and completeness of all loan documentation necessary for loan underwriting, Closing. Knowledge: Knowledge of the US Mortgage Industry with Mortgage Origination experience. Knowing to read and analyze various loan documents. Skills & Ability: Good verbal and written communication skills are required to understand and update comments and communicate with various stake holders. Strong Customer Service Skills and E- mail Etiquettes. Should have good analytical skills and have the ability to make decisions based on the situation. Should be Detail oriented. Should be able to effectively use a computer. Responsibilities: Check and verify the accuracy and completeness of all loan documentation necessary for loan underwriting. Complete indepth checklist based on review of documents Review 1003 and compare the information with the system. Review the credit report Update the system based on the documents provided. Obtain any missing document required for loan underwriting. Run AUS / LP / DU if required Prepare Processing checklist for underwriter. Achieve 100% Quality and TAT on loans worked Work loans as per the client indicated Process Flow and SLA Education Qualifications: Bachelors Degree Additional Requirements: Minimum of 2- 3 years of work experience in Mortgage Origination Willingness to work in Night Shifts Willingness to work on weekends based on Client requirement. ,
