Job Description

SummaryThe Digital expert will help identify automation opportunities and automate and optimize ways of working. She/He will be supporting the digital first people experience across various mediums.Principal Duties And Responsibilities

  • Co-create the plan and execute the same for HR automation
  • Collaborate with the HRBP to understand business needs and make appropriate improvements continually
  • Enable seamless integration of data and actions across the vendor ecosystem
  • Monitor, assess, and proactively identify automation opportunities
  • Help implement and manage roadmap for the automation and digital initiatives to support the user experience including various tool sets, automation, cloud access , integration, and enablement tools
  • Work with digital agencies to solve for the needs
  • Partner with technology teams to develop chat-bot as a functional analyst
  • Support in defining & digitalizing the career paths across verticals /BU s for identified roles & link learning maps to career paths
  • Enhance the ongoing digitalized processes like Competency Assessment, Skill Profiling, Role Tagging, Career Development by implementing industry best practices for assessment, development & digitalization
  • Partner closely with enterprise-wide technology groups, HR Leadership Team and HR Operations to explore new technology platforms, evolve existing infrastructure and evaluate tool and technology requirements.

  • Expertise in HR technology and digital solutions
  • Extensive expertise in key digital principles, including person centered design, prototyping and agile delivery in a sensitive environment
  • Ability to work in highly dynamic environment and respond to operational challenges in a timely manner
  • Strong problem solving and analytical skills
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Excellent process and query management skills
  • Working knowledge of Success factors desired
Education
  • Masters : Any Graduation/MBA/PGDM HR full time.
Experience
  • Overall 4-6 years experience in HR, with at-least 2-3 years in HR Automation profile.
