Job Description

Role & Responsibilities:

  • Tracking of Pipeline orders.
  • Order follow up with Vendors
  • New product development -Coordination between designer and factory for new style developments
  • Cost negotiation with factories.
  • Counter samples developments of import product with Domestic suppliers
  • New vendor developments and onboard new domestic vendors
  • Handling Import order:
    • Follow up of the new product developments
    • Catalog samples follow up for new styles Cataloguing
    • Order collation and preparing the WIP order tracker
    • Advance and LC Release
    • WIP Order Tracking
    • Supply chain Operations - tracking Shipping order release, Loading of goods, Custom clearance, PO Release, Inward planning at Warehouse.
Qualification & Experience:
  • MBA/NIFT with 1-2 yrs experience in sourcing Fashion products- Sunglasses, Watches
  • Strong communication and project management skills
  • Strong follow up Skills and Process Orientation- Proficiency in MS-Office is must.
  • Knowledge of BI tools/PRM would be added advantage
  • The ability to thrive in a fast-paced, start-up environment
  • Previous experience in retail, e-commerce added advantage
  • Exposure in Accessories category is preferred
