Job Description

Roles and ResponsibilitiesSummary:Responsible for Marketing Commercialization activities across designated brands, segments, or projects with geographic scope limited to a Stand-Alone Country or a Cluster. Assigned segments, brands or projects can be multiple yet preferably all within defined category.Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for overall Brand business delivery.
  • Planning the Brand growth plan for the year and execution elements there in. including all ATL & BTL activities
  • Driving execution in year as per agreed Brand Activation Calender
  • Working with agency partners and internal stakeholders to carry out marketing interventions to achieve the brand objectives.
  • Monitor and track brand performance, health, and imagery through monthly, quarterly, and annual data analysis.
Desired Candidate ProfileRequired Skills / Experience / Competencies:
  • Minimum Master s in Business Administration (MBA) from reputed institute.
  • Atleast 2-3 years experience in Brand Management
  • Past working experience in FMCG industry is required.
Preferred Skills / Experience / Competencies:
  • Good thinking and strong data analysis abilities
  • A judicious mix of both interpersonal and business skills.
  • Ability to influence, persuade, work with different functions within the organization.
  • Ability to multi task and be comfortable with some ambiguity.

  • Willing to travel across the country, including rural areas and if required.
