GO value chain spans configure-price-quote, order manage & care, plan, source, make, deliver & invoicing while working with organizations like Product Management, Sales, Finance.GO Automation COE, as part of the Digital Transformation organization for GO, is chartered to work across the GO value chain to drive intelligent automation using various process automation tools & technologies like RPA/OCR/AI/ML/Workflow technologies for faster, repeatable, error free processes with impactful ROI around productivity / customer experience / financial benefits.Role Location:Bangalore, IndiaRole Statement:Briefly, we are at the growth state of employing automation technologies & get business benefits. This managerial position is expected to bring the right level of focus into the Dev-MLOps pillar of the automation chain. As Automation Dev-MLOps Manager, this position is responsible for

• Smooth Dev-ML Ops & service delivery for deployed automation solutions/ projects including run & transform / enhancements
• People Management

Responsibilities in this role include:Planning & Execution leadership

• Organize a performing dev/ MLOps team with high quality processes cum internal evaluation measures
• Smooth transition-in from Solution Development teams
• Infra & resource capacity planning
• Smooth operations meeting SLAs
• Incident management effective root-causin-ing, corrective / preventive action-ing
• BOT enhancement/Re-Trainings & benefits/ ROI measurement
• Close relationship with IT & GO functions
• Measure SLAs with suppliers where applicable
• Experiment / recommend / implement tools to ease/ optimize operations & bring in responsiveness to needs
• Close tie-out with development
• Strong documentation
• Collaborate / Educate / Influence / Train / Share knowledge & expertise from & to peers; from or to users, from or to senior management
• Contribute to broader organizational goals

Core Education & Experience

• Masters in Engineering/ Computer Applications/ Science
• 10 years industry experience in technical development, support, maintenance, operations, architecting, service management
• Experience in implementing & maintaining Workfusion RPA solutions; has exposure to other RPA/workflow /process /cognitive / integration / R/ Python automation solutions & capabilities
• Experience in legacy & cloud environments
• Experience building / deploying / maintaining automation solutions in large scale business operations
• Demonstrated capability in working with operating units, operating management, senior management & information technology departments
• Strong English Language written, verbal & presentation skills

Experiences bringing added advantage:

• 2-3 years in people management
• Automation/ cloud/ technical certifications
• Working in multi-cultural, multi-country global corporations
• Working with technology/ service supplier service models
• Process mapping, process mining
• Experience in automation for supply chain/ sales operations; with enterprise level systems like ERP, CRM
