Responsibilities FreshMenu is a food brand , operating its own cloud kitchens , delivery personnel and providing exotic freshly prepared cuisine by Chefs to its customers. We are looking for a product management leader who will own and lead the roadmap for areas like customer experience , logistics , supply chain and kitchen tools. The ideal candidate will have a bachelors in in an engineering discipline , and would have worked in eCommerce companies. They would have led the roadmap for key business areas and demonstrated consistent P&L; impact through the product features and programs they built. They will possess strong judgement , demonstrate data backed prioritization and conviction of thought. They will be an excellent written and verbal communicator , and have a strong bias for action. They will not hesitate to roll up their sleeves and get into the weeds , and at the same time , will not lose sight of the bigger picture. In the end , results matter , and the ideal candidate will have delivered results consistently. Desired Skills Bachelors from a reputed university , in Computer Science , Electronics , Economics , Statistics or a related engineering discipline. Masters and / or MBA is a plus. 10+ years of experience in leading product roadmaps , with a part of this experience being in the eCommerce industry. Must have led product managers and managed critical product roadmaps. Possess strong bias for action , ability to simplify and iterate fast. Has sound judgement. Is very detail oriented , and is comfortable with business metrics , UX design , or talking architecture , as needed. Always keeps the big picture in mind while doing this. Delivers consistent business results. Has Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Communicates just as easily with product managers as with developers and executives.
