      • Key Responsibilities : 1 Provide L2/L3 support on Linux RHEL SUSE servers hosted on AWS infrastructure 2 Installation, Configuration and administration of Linux servers 3 Maintain the confidence level of the client 4 Maximise the contribution from Offshore teams for a better and effective support 5 Better understanding of client process, architecture and necessary execution 6 Quick response, timely follow-up and ownership till closure
      • Technical Experience : 1 Experience in AWS Landing Zone Solution 2 Proficient in AWS Subscription management and MarketPlace 3 Proficient in demand management using trusted advisor or AWS Forecast 4 Cluster configuration, management and troubleshooting 5 Auto scaling configuration 6 Performance tuning and storage optimization 7 SUSE/RHEL OS upgrade, RedHat satellite server or SUSE manger configuration and administration 8 Licensing knowledge and good understanding of patch and package management
