You ll be guided by feedback and support to accelerate your learning and maximize your knowledge.Position SummaryKey member of the Global Benefits & Total Rewards team responsible for managing the development, implementation and administration of compensation and benefits programs in India including benchmarking and market analysis, benefits/ wellness strategy and design, vendor management, legal compliance, and program delivery with a strong focus on benefits and wellness.Key Responsibilities

  • Serve as a consultant to business leaders, managers and HR on all compensation and benefits programs. Proactively keep HR and key business partners (Finance, Legal, Payroll, etc.) informed of compensation and benefit topics to facilitate cross-functional delivery of HR programs and services.
  • Partner with the Global Benefits Center of Expertise (CoE) and participate in annual planning activities regarding benefits plan design and costing, vendor management, contract renewal, and implementation of changes.
  • Partner with Global Compensation Centre of Expertise ( COE) to annually benchmark compensation & benefit programs relative to market and peer group companies.
  • Recommend appropriate market pay rates, salary structure movement, salary increase budgets, and benefit program design.
  • Facilitate all compensation and benefits activities related to mergers & acquisitions (M&A) deal execution. Participate in due diligence and integration of benefit programs for mergers, acquisitions and outsourcing deals, including harmonization of benefits plans and on-boarding acquired employees.
  • Maintain a thorough understanding of compensation and benefits practices in India. Develop professional relationship with external contacts and participate in industry group meetings. Manage the compensation and benefits policies and practices, and stay abreast of relevant employment and labor legislation.
  • Develop and deliver training on total rewards topics to increase knowledge and understanding of compensation and benefits philosophy, programs and practices. Prepare detailed management reports and present findings and recommendations to senior leaders. Develop compensation and benefit related communication materials including employee notifications, presentations, policies, procedures and guidelines.
Education and Experience Required
  • Bachelor s Degree or equivalent experience.
  • Minimum of 5+ years of professional Human Resources/Compensation & Benefits experience.
  • Detailed knowledge in the field of compensation and benefits as well as general business and industry knowledge.
  • Experience with benefits design & administration, benchmarking, market pricing, salary structure development
  • Advanced skill level in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft PowerPoint.
  • Strong analytical skills, ability to deal with complex problems and present solutions in a clear, concise manner.
  • Strong people skills and ability to work with and influence individuals accross levels.
  • Projects a positive customer service focus and able to establish effective work relationships with senior leaders.
  • Excellent organizational skills and ability to self-prioritize work demands and deliverables.
  • Partner with local HR team to deliver benefits and wellness programs to ensure effective ROI. Get periodical feedback from stakeholder for making changes in the future.
  • Experience in designing and delivering innovative wellness programs with vendors.
