Job Description of BMLocation:Bangalore (Frazer town), Dharwad, Hubli, Bhavnagar, Vapi, Valsad, mumbai ulhasnagarPosition:Branch ManagerManaging the team of relationship manager , dealers and ensure the issues of staff is resolvedPrime Responsibility Managing Branch as Profit Center by revenue generation across all Products & Service.Achieving Monthly Targets & comparing it with benchmark across product lineAttending daily morning conference call & discussing it with the colleaguesSpecial thrust on acquiring HNIs & Corporate clientsMeeting HNI clients to built the rapportIdentifying the weak areas & providing solutions to those areasDaily Meeting with the colleagues on market outlook, sharing market information, ensuring active participation from allAnalyzing & comparing the branch performance with other branchesMotivating & guiding the branch colleaguesActive interaction with clients to improve the business regularlyManaging the client grievancesCurbing Trade Errors & implementing proper risk management policy (Debits & Debit Collection)Keeping up with the regulatory & compliance issues from time to timeEnsuring smooth & cost efficient operation in the branch (Pay-In, Pay-Out, reducing expenses, etc)Assessing performance of each employee as compared to Targets given on monthly basisProviding training & solving queries of colleaguesWorking in TeamCertification Preferred: Graduate with NCFM Certification, NISM certificate,AMFI Mutual Fund Certification)Experience: 4 years and aboveInterested candidates can send updated cv to qrn.anitha@gmail.com
