  • The role is in BT Digital focusing on supporting AI and Data Science development, deployment and maintenance of data products.
  • You will collaborate with senior data analysts and data scientists.
  • You can take part in the data science process end-to-end.
  • You will work closely with business stakeholders as member of a squad.
Youll have the following responsibilitiesDevelop and assess high-quality AI-based solutions, based on large and complex data sets, across multiple projects and product linesResponsible for end-to-end engineering of AI/ML projects including ML data pipelines, deployment, and monitoring of models.Liaise with data engineering teams on data ingestion from different sourcesOwn the continuous improvement of the AI applications that are produced by the Global Data Science teamFollow best practices for AI design, development, and deploymentCollaborate with others outside the immediate team, as needed, to ensure developments are successful and aligned with BT strategiesYoull have the following skills & experienceDegree in computer science(BE/BTech), ML, AI, or discipline relevant to AI e.g. social scienceExperience supporting data science and advanced analytics teams to get their solution into production.Advanced Python scripting/development for data science, SQL/Hive, ideally Jupyter Notebooks, collaboration/version control in Git Lab.Experience with cloud environments like GCP, AWS or AzureExperience with building CI/CD pipelines, especially in the context of machine learning projects ( MLOps )Experience working specifically with API developmentGood understanding of DevOps tools including Kubernetes, DockerFamiliarity with Machine learning - Supervised/unsupervised learning, time series analysis, feature selection, clustering, natural language processing, neural networks.Working with a cooperative and positive attitude in a group setting to achieve common goalsBenefits
