Gather business requirements, convert the same to Business Requirement Documents (BRD) and Functional Requirement Documents (FRD) in the form of user stories. Create use case models, business process flowcharts and screen mockups. Stakeholder Analysis: Communicating requirements to stakeholders. Agile: Conduct sprint planning meetings, scrum, sprint demos and retrospective meetings with onshore and offshore teams. Discuss functional requirements with the technical architect team to study the implementation feasibility of the requirements. Conducting requirements workshop with the development and testing teams. Identified gaps and external dependencies in the requirements. Manage the baseline requirements in co-ordination with the development team and Clients. Maintain requirement traceability matrix and tracking requirements development status. Identifying skills required for effective solution implementation. Reviewing the deliverables with Clients & Development team. Skill Set Excellent database knowledge and proficient in MS-Office would be added advantage. The ability to conduct cost/ benefit analysis. Assess functional requirements and educate the development team on the same. Excellent verbal and written English. Should work creatively and analytically in a problem-solving environment.
