As a business development associate , you will be expected to connect with potential customers, set up meetings, counsel the students on the companies unique way of learning and assist them to become premium subscribers.CTC:Business development associate will be offered a total compensation of INR 10, 00,000 LPA which includes the following components.Fixed Compensation : INR 5,00,000/- Variable Compensation : INR 3,00,000/- Direct Sales Allowance : INR 2,00,000/-Working Days: Wednesday to Sunday (Week off: Monday and Tuesday)Perks of being a Business development associate:

• You will go through a training of 6 weeks at the position of a Business trainee with a salary of CTC (BDT): INR 25000 per month + performance pay up to INR 2,00,000/- based on individual targets and performance numbers.
