Job Description

BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT MANAGER (HR)NO WORK FROM HOME.JD for Business Development

  • Oversee the sales process to attract new clients. Work with senior team members to identify and manage risks.
  • Maintain fruitful relationships with clients and address their needs effectively.
  • Research the market and identify new market opportunities.
  • Generating new leads on a monthly basis for empanelment with clients to offer best in our services.
  • Should be able to travel for client meetings in particular zones which the company has allocated.
  • Should have Excellent communication and coordination skills to interact with Clients.
  • Ability to build trusting relationships with clients and to maintain clients databases.
  • Should be good at negotiating and handling clients.
  • Motivating team members to exceed expected goals
  • Developing ways to improve the customer experience and build brand loyalty
  • Should Implement new strategies to acquire clients and to maintain a good rapport with the same.
  • Should be able to manage time and do multiple priorities effectively.
