Job Description

The goal is to drive sustainable financial growth through boosting sales and maintain strong relationships with clients.

    Responsibility:

  • To drive the growth of the company by making strategic plan for future development and generate the pipeline of new business opportunities coming in.
  • To conduct research to identify new markets and customer needs.
  • Arrange business meetings with prospective clients.
  • Build long-term relationships with new and existing customers.

    Requirement:

  • Should have minimum 3 years of working experience in a Domestic BPO which has around 1000+ employees as a Business Development Manager, Sales Executive or a relevant role .
  • Should have knowledge of the marketplace and of the company s competitors.
  • Should possess Managerial communications expertise.
  • Should have Competitive intelligence and Presentation Skills.
  • Should be good at Conflict resolution and negotiation and must have Strategic Planning Skills.
  • Bachelor s degree/Master s degree in business administration, sales or relevant field.
  • Arrange business meetings with prospective clients.
  • This will be Individual Contributor role.
