Business Development Manager - Partnerships Banglore, KA, India Roles & Responsibility Acquisition of new partners by initiating, structuring, and negotiating high - impact strategic partnerships Manage and develop existing partnerships to maximize revenues and user experience and optimise costs Interact with partners to develop a combined strategy to achieve mutual goals Monitoring of the direction / nature of the partnership to take timely action where required Retention of key partners (for revenue, brand value, representation of industry segment, etc) Provide reports, collaterals etc as required by / for the stakeholders Desired Skills Excellent networking relationships within the business community to provide the leverage for existing partnerships and potential new partnerships Ability to thrive in a fast - paced, fluid, and collaborative environment Must have a solid understanding of marketing programs, events, and promotions, as well as experience in developing partner marketing plans Customer focused and a partner advocate Hands - on, self - directed executive who plans, prepares and executes professionally Analytical capability to deal with the technical, contractual, and financial aspect of the business Project management experience and ability to handle multiple time - sensitive projects and competing priorities.
